There really is only one reason to choose iOS 15.7.3 over iOS 16.3: if you have a device that won’t run Apple’s latest operating system. The upgrade is available for the iPhone 8 and later, iPad Pro (all models), iPad Air 3rd generation and later, iPad 5th generation and later, and iPad mini 5th generation and later.
